Make manufacturers 100 percent responsible for recycling plastic packaging
The amount of plastic packaging is unsustainable and the only way to stop the continuous growth of it is to make the manufacturers responsible for dealing with the billions of tonnes of plastic waste

We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what you mean by making manufacturers 100% responsible for recycling plastic waste.
You could start a new petition calling for a legal obligation on manufacturers to meet all of the costs of recycling their products if that is something you would like to see happen.
