Stop Judges changing the Rules of the Road by Making Cyclists Liable for Silly
People who walk off the Footpath in front of Cyclists with Ear Pieces and Not Thinking of what they are doing.
It was Stupid of the Court to change the Rules which leaves the Floodgates open to Prosecute Motorists as well for the Action of Idiots not thinking, the Courts can not Blame Cyclists
The Law states that Pedestrians Must look to make sure it’s Safe to cross, as Cyclists are very close to the Kerb would stand little chance of stopping, a Man may have to pay around £100,000 for someone’s Stupidity, not Correct just look at the Highway Code.
This needs Correcting before it gets more Stupid as above.
Only Pedestrians should be Prosecuted for their Stupidity.
