Fit and proper test for club owner 5 yearly so transparency is maintained
To liaise with the fa football association to require football club owners to resit the owners and directors test every 5 years. This should be required so clubs transparency can be maintained to stop owners the likes of Mike Ashley destroying clubs and not investing in their future
Clubs like Newcastle United,Blackpool,Bolton and many others used as cash machines or poorly run over last 10 years
