Introduce cycle-only periods on certain roads into/out of London on weekdays
The government has failed to create a safe, physically separated cycle infrastructure in London, primarily on grounds of cost. Introducing cycle-only periods on certain roads into/out London each weekday morning and evening would have the same effect at a fraction of the cost.
