Condemn migrant detention conditions in US; demand immediate review of US policy
The US government is detaining migrants, and especially children, in conditions wholly unfit for human habitation. The detention centres have been named as "concentration camps" by representatives in the US Congress and by at least one expert on the subject, Andrea Pitzer.

The US government has also tried to argue that detained children do not need toothbrushes, soap or beds.
This is a human rights crisis, which has led to 7 reported deaths of migrant children in custody. Please condemn these occurrences and demand the US immediately review its policy. We also ask that you bring or support an urgent resolution to the UN Human Rights Council.
