For Southampton city Council To buy out first Southampton buses / city reds .
First group has announced it is selling its buses off .
I believe it is in the best interests of the city that the city council buyout first Southampton .
Manchester has discussed it and Edinburgh has discussed it and Edinburgh is going to buy out first buses in the area .
