Reinstate Dvla Certificate of Permanent Export
The Certificate of permanent export was withdrawn in January 2019 with no explanation we have gathered it was withdrawn because of brexit
The certificate of export (v561) is essential for exporting vehicles permanently out of the UK.
There has not been any options put in place
We would like this certificate to be restored immediately
Pending the outcome of the Brexit decision in October 2019
