Make British Sign Language part of the national curriculum.

Petition Details

Pupils should be taught British Sign Language up until GCSE. dDeaflinks Staffordshire is bewildered by society continuing to accept the oppression of the deaf by labeling them as disabled because the hearing can't sign.

Additional Information

Each year millions of pounds is spent trying to alleviate the misery this situation creates for those who can't speak or hear. Teach Sign.
