The BBC should not be forced to pay to be broadcast on Sky TV
At present, the BBC's License Agreement with the Home Secretary forces them to pay £10 million per year to BSkyB for their channels to be carried on the satellite network.
Not one single public broadcaster anywhere else in the world subsidises their for-profit competitors.
This petition urges the government to remove this clause from the BBC's License Agreement; and, to replace it with the option for the BBC to charge appropriately for any, and all, for-profit use of their content.
