The New Leader of the Conservative Party must call an immediate General Election
Both contenders for the Leadership of the Conservative Party are proposing policies that were not included in the 2017 manifesto on which this government was elected. They, therefore, do not have a mandate for these policies and should return to the country to seek such a mandate.
