Review speed control zones
I have been driving in London for many years and I notice hat in certain areas the speed limit has been reduced to 20mph where isn't necessary and road are suitable for more speed.
for many years I have been driving the same roads and suddenly the speed limit has been reduce to 20mph where is clearly not needed. areas like Streatham common vale. Cristal palace parade ( A212 )
Council didn't run a survey to consult the public about the road changes or disclose information with real facts about why they needed to change the speed from 30mph to 20mph.
also it is a real harm to the environment with cars producing more CO2 having the engine running for longer periods
