Restrict ballot box voting to UK tax payers only

Additional Information

UK tax payers fund this country. UK Only UK tax payers should get the right to vote in general and local elections. This would account for the majority of voting age UK citizens whatever their political views.

NB: Paying VAT on fags and booze does not qualify.
