Complete legislation for Charitable Incorporated Organisations.
The Charities Act 2006 set out the legal framework for Charitable Incorporated Organisations. This form was welcomed by charities as a way to cut down the mountain of paperwork, yet it has still not been fully enacted. Six years on, will the government now please complete the legislation?
