Create a task force to get 100,000 free places for HK youths to study aboard.

Petition Details

The no. of Hong Kong people between 18 to 23 are about 500,000. Each year, there are about 35,000 youths going to study in Five Eyes countries but the majority can't afford. The Extradition Bill pushed millions of people to the street and 4 youths committed suicide. Urgent uplift of hope's needed.

Additional Information

1. Hong Kong students are intelligent and hardworking.
2. The task force should be led by an MP or MPs who are concerned about the people of Hong Kong.
3. The Five Eyes are UK, US, Australia, NZ and Canada but EU countries can be included.
4. If free places can be secured, Hong Kong people can establish a trust fund to subsidize the travelling and living expenses for these students. The potential students are subject to the qualification and means tests. The trust fund will be managed by a law firm.
