All guns and ammunition to be stored at registered premises owned and managed by the Home Office.

Guns and ammunition to be retrieved for use only by personal visit to registered premises,and a record of the retrieval. by the user and a responsible person who will confirm the expected use of the gun, and the integrity of the user.

After use, the gun is to be returned to the user.
