Make Silver Bars and Coins (Bullion) VAT Free in the U.K.
In some countries they offer their citizens VAT free Silver to encourage people to invest a little of their money. Gold in the U.K. is currently VAT free but many people cannot invest in Gold due to its high price. Silver is a less expensive alternative but people are put off by the VAT.
