Appoint Sadiq Khan as the new UK ambassador to the United States of America.
Sir Kim Darroch has unfortunately resigned from his post as the UK ambassador to the United States.
As a new ambassador is required we, the undersigned, believe that the ideal candidate for the post is the current mayor of London Sadiq Khan.
