stop the implementation of going back into serps

i want to stop the government forcing people back into the state earnings related pension scheme that decided to opt out in the early 80s,this will affect many thousands of people and there pension, we are being forced back in to pay for the deficit, we will loose thousands of pounds from our pensions.
