Take action in HK and Chinese violating the Sino-British Joint Declaration
The Chinese government violated the Sino-British Joint Declaration signed in 1984. They disrespected and disregarded human rights in Hong Kong, which were to be guaranteed at least until 2047.
The Extradition Bill proposed was widely believed and largely verified to be a request from the Chinese Government. The violation of freedom of speech, to protest, and of the press. Police brutality was also commonplace during the protests, and the police used multiple unnecessary force against the young protesters.
