Provide a support and training program designed to end homelessness.
Homelessness is a worldwide issue. It is certainly a problem in the UK and it is growing at an alarming rate. We are class of year 6 pupils who want our government to take action; they can make a difference and we have come up with a plan we think will help.
Participants will sign a contract and if they comply they will be entitled to:
1) Rehabilitation - They must attend rehab classes to help with their addiction to harmful substances.
2) Accommodation and food - They will share a room and facilities with three other people. They will get three meals a day.
3) Training-They will attend job training to help them find employment.
They pay back a percentage of their salary if they find work. Research shows that by intervening we actually save money.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
