Ban domestic garden pesticides for aphids and other plant (so called) pests.
The nations biodiversity is it huge decline. Pesticides only add to this by indiscriminately destroying creatures at the bottom of the food chain. By banning their sale, gardeners would soon find a more natural balance between predators and prey. They would also increase in their biodiversity.
