Free childcare for working families starting after compulsory maternity leave.
Women can return to work 2 weeks after childbirth, 4 if they work in a factory. Many families are not entitled to Tax Credits if they meet the threshold. Families face financial hardship as the majority of their wages are taken up with childcare costs. Please stop in-work poverty!
