Award Doreen Lawrence a Damehood
It is doubtful that another Briton has displayed such courage and determination in the face of adversity as Mrs Lawrence.
She has approached her sad search for justice with quiet dignity and unfailing energy, this should be rewarded with the highest possible honour our society has available.
