Tougher sentences for hit and run drivers who cause death

Petition Details

Our sons Matt & Paul were both killed by hit & run drivers, Matt was just 25, Paul just 23 years old. Both were killed on their motorbikes 9 months apart by drivers who did not stop.

Additional Information

We are not the only families to have suffered this tragedy and had to endure unjust sentencing. The Road Injustice Projects wants this to change now.

The Government should introduce tougher sentences for drivers who cause death by dangerous or careless driving and who fail to stop at the scene of the crime.
