child maintenance rules should change this is very unfair for single father
this is very unfair for single father to pay on gross income and also child maintenance service should see the expenses like bills, rent patrol etc, if father cant pay rent bills he will be homeless if dont have money for patrol he will be jobless government have to look at this and make is fair
