Create a fair level of paternity leave and pay to reduce family stress.
By creating a fairer and more equal Paternity leave and pay scheme , it would allow families mothers and fathers to share the burden of a new born. Multiple countries such as Switzerland , Sweden and other European countries have implemented a near equal leave and pay system with huge success.
