Pay a decent wage for adult social care workers, support workers and carers.
Most workers in the care sector are only being paid minimum wage, Although it is a rewarding job it is also a very difficult job, Carers on a daily basis are being kicked punched verbally and physically abused, Giving personal care cleaning up Faeces and urine with lack of appreciation.
ITS TIME TO CHANGE !! Lets start giving these workers a decent wage and a decent living and stop taking advantage of decent nice human beings.
Remember being a carer is one of the most important jobs in the world so why are we being paid minimum wage?
