Publish mortgage revaluations, so property values are up to date for the market.
I propose publishing the current market value of a property, as specified by the lenders valuation surveyor. This means an areas comparable values can be better reflected, even if the propertys are not being sold, due to people extending their homes rather than relocating or not wanting to sell.

You could start a new petition calling for a change of the law requiring lenders to make this information public if that is something you would like to see happen.
