Prevent the "no driving at night" rule coming into action.
The issue is if young people can't drive at night how do they get home from their jobs such as waitressing/waiting or late shifts at shops like lots of young people have. What if they want to stay late to study too? Also how do they gain experience driving at night if they're being told they can't?
Young people have enough pressure from black boxes as it is and I can vouch for them from my own experiences having one. This will effect so many young people in such a negative way.
