Children to have full up to date immunisation before allocating a school place.
Schools and other places of education have a duty of care to both staff and students.
It is unfair on staff and students to be put at risk due to students attending places of education who have not been immunised.
Measles can be fatal as it can cause subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE).
