Petition Action

Employees own their State Pensions so Government can't describe it as a benefit

Petition Details

The employer and employee have contributed to the State Pension so it belongs to the employee NOT the Government and therefore can't be called a Benefit and the government should not withhold payment to the employee. This would be deemed a criminal offence if attempted by any other party!

Additional Information

Please refer to the plight of the ladies born in the 1950's. Our Plight - our fight - our Right - you won't wear our resolve down!
