If a prime minister changes midterm a general election should be held within 1yr

Petition Details

If a prime minister resigns and the party elects a new leader, the new leader, by default, becomes prime minister and they could hold that office for up to 5 years.

This is a conflict of interest between the General election and the leadership contest manifesto. The electorate has been excluded.
