Make it a law to be able to work in a kitchen up to a certain temperature.
Many chefs do not have air conditioning in their kitchens- like many offices, and the kitchen can reach temperatures of up to 55 degrees in the normal weather, so when the temperature outside hits 30+ degrees the kitchen is above 55 degrees, this shouldn't be acceptable working conditions.
