FREEHOLDERS need the exact same legal rights as LEASEHOLDERS when paying service charges

Additional Information

We are raising an issue of growing significant concern to many people.

FREEHOLDERS contributing to service charges have no legal protection from exploitation by managing agent unlike LEASEHOLDERS.

The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 was enacted to protect leaseholders from exploitation but the act does not cover freeholders.

Freeholders are still subject to the same exploitations The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 was enacted to outlaw with no recourse in law or mediation.

Freeholders should have the exact same rights and protection in law as leaseholders to protect them against many of the same abusive practices as the The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 was enacted to protect leaseholders from.
