Make travel agencies have no cancellation fee within 14 days of booking
Lovetravel and many other online travel agencies make you pay the full price of your holiday booking just to be able to cancel. This is absolutely disgraceful and should not be allowed under the distance selling laws. Travel agencies should be added to the current distance selling regulations.
Loveholidays and other online travel agencies will not allow you to cancel your trip at any time after booking, even if it is a year in advance and within a few hours of booking, without paying the full price of the holiday. This is disgraceful and should not be allowed by law!
