Recognise Loot Boxes "Surprise Mechanics" as gambling under UK Law.

Petition Details

As has been recently stated tby Neil McArthur, chief of the UK Gambling Commission, under British law Loot Boxes cannot be classified as gambling, when they blatantly are and demonstrably harmful to at risk individuals such as children and people prone to addiction.
These laws must be changed.
