Recognise Larry the cat with a knighthood for his excellent diplomatic skills.
Larry the cat is a civil servant that has gone the extra mile in his duties. He was originally brought into Number 10 as chief mouser but has since helped the country with his diplomatic skills and media campaigns during what continues to be a difficult time politically for Britain.
