Driving ban for vehicle drivers caught using mobile telephones while driving.
Tougher action is need by the judiciary so that people are treated in the same way as drink-driving offenders. Use of phones at the wheel must be stigmatised in the same way as drink drivers to end this dangerous practice. An instant 12 month driving ban for those caught using phones at the wheel.
