Compulsory third party insurance for cyclists

Additional Information

To ensure pedestrians and damage to vehicles are covered sufficiently when cyclists cause accidents. A broken hip for an elderly person when a cyclist does not yield at a red light or broken tail-lights/scratched paint when cyclists weave through traffic should not be the concern of the victim.
