Make parking a caravan or mobile home on any land without permission an offence.
The parking of caravans, and sometimes mobile homes, on private and public land is a perpetual problem in the UK. It results in upset, massive disruption, conflict, anti-social behaviour and cost. The present legislation is inadequate to resolve the issue and creates no deterent to the offender.
