Petition Details

As it appears more and more are using these on Both, they like Any Motorised Vehicle is Dangerous unless Controlled, if they hit or clips a person on the Footpath they do not carry any ID and so would just carry on, Disability Scooters have Speed Restrictions on them, 4 Mph on a Footpath and 8 MPH

Additional Information

The Footpaths are being given up for parking on as it is, Footpaths Must be a Safe place to Walk for the Very Young and Elderly plus the Various ones with a Disability.

Things have to be controlled or you get serious problems on the Highway, One Law for all.
