Make medical insurance compulsory for foreign nationals entering the UK.
The Nhs cannot keep funding tourists health and not recovering the cost.
Make insurance compulsory for travellers arriving in the UK and non emergency treatment should only take place upon proof of insurance
Emergency and Non emergency treatment for foreign nationals should be covered by compulsory insurance before any treatment is given, the NHS is not recovering the cost of tourist healthcare and should be able to charge the insurance company directly to be paid immediately treatment is ceased
