Everyone concerned over litter and plastic pollution in the U.K. cites cigarette butts as a major source of concern. Nothing seems to stop smokers dropping butts anywhere they feel fit. A £1 refund for every butt returned to a retailer for recycling might make smokers change their ways. BankTheButt
