Force local government elections in Northamptonshire NOW!
Northampton Borough Council and Northamptonshire County Council cancelled the 2019 local government elections in all wards. They are also considering postponing any further elections to beyond 2020. This is highly undemocratic. The Local Government minister should order them to run the polls asap
