Music For All - Allow every child to have the opportunity to learn an instrument
The U.K is one of the only countries in Europe that doesn’t offer a free music service for young people. With declining mental health in children, it is evident that the removal of music from schools is having a profound effect on wellbeing. Every child should be able to learn an instrument.
“Learning to play a musical instrument can encourage the development of listening and concentration skills, appropriate behaviour, self-motivation, communications skills and teamwork."
