Unfair addition! stop the extra charges on water bills that we are expected to pay to cover none payers
Unfair addition
why should we be expected to pay an added amount to our water bills, to cover the loss of revenue to water companys, that is made by people, who do not pay their water bills and still have water supplyed to them.
