eBay should be registered In U.K. with office address for legal procedure
eBay do not have any registration as a company in the U.K. there is no registered office in the U.K. therefore, no one can reach to eBay with their proper complaints and can not take legal action as we have to send everything to the their Europe address in Luxembourg and apply European law.
We want ebay to establish a business registered in U.K. as customer can challenge any thing which is against the U.K. law.
These day ebay do not have registered U.K. office nor a registration as a business in the U.K.
So they can get away to pay the tax as they are making a lot of money from online business and do not pay enough tax which they should suppose to be therefore, we request for that which is important and perfect for U.K. tax system.
