Make MPs have to stand for immediate re-election if they change political party
During the last few months we have seen several MPs defect from the party they stood for and crossed sides in the House of Commons.
If they change party they may no longer correctly represent the views of constituents who elected them. I would suggest they should resign and seek re-election and the constituents of their original party should have the opportunity to put up a new candidate
