Make UK manufacturing more attractive
The main reason why manufacturing left the UK is purely down to low costs in regions such as China, Why not collaborate with the rest of the EU and USA and raise import duty on luxury items that are made in these low cost regions, thus forcing western companies manufacturing their products in these low cost countries to move their operations back to UK, EU & USA where the market is.
