Comprehensive image-based sexual abuse law
1) Less lag time - consent emphasised for taking/sharing in a variety of sexual, intimate, private and invasive contexts when new technology/trends arise
2) Automatic anonymity for victims
3) No motivation loopholes - focus on consent
4) Develop support services, police training, education etc
To protect us all in our increasingly technological world, laws regarding consent in taking/sharing sexually-related images need reviewing. Why?
1) Comprehensiveness - careful phrasing and consideration will lead to less gaps

3) Loopholes – People that disregard consent for a joke or a boast need to understand the impact of their actions
4) Support – prevent offending, caring for victims and re-educating offenders creates good

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you'd like changes to the law, but we're not sure exactly what changes you'd like the Government or Parliament to make.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
